Pool is open from Dawn to Dusk per requirements of the State Health Dept.

Welcome to the Terraverde Country Club pool and spa. All residents and guests must sign in on the clubhouse sign in sheet before entering the pool area through the clubhouse entrance. Cover-ups must be worn when entering the pool area through the clubhouse entrance.

Drinks and Snacks Drinks, alcoholic beverages, snacks, and light lunches may be purchased at the clubhouse snack bar, which is generally open 7 AM to 7 PM during the summer season. Hours are subject to change without notice. You can contact the clubhouse manager for additional information on summer hours.

Pool and Spa Rules

• Terraverde owners must be present when their guests use the pool or spa.
• Proper swim suit attire must be worn.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No children under 16 are permitted in the spa.
• The spa temperature may not exceed 104 degrees.
• You must shower before entering the pool and each time you re-enter the pool.
• No diving.
• No running.
• No horseplay.
• No air mattresses.
• No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
• No coolers in the pool area at any time.
• No animals in the pool, spa or clubhouse areas.
• No skateboarding, rollerblading, or ball playing in the pool area.
• Radios may be used only with head sets.
• Umbrellas should be folded down after use.
• Please do not drag the chaise lounges.

Please note there is no life guard on duty.
Swim at your own risk.
